Sinch mobile app
I bridged a critical product gap for the team: a mobile application for existing enterprise customers already registered in Sinch products — specifically for the MessageMedia brand, now known as Engage.
I was involved end-to-end in launch negotiations and standing the product up from scratch, including the legal side of release, and led through emerging problems as they arose. Today the app serves about 2,000 B2B regular users and has more than 10,000 installations. I am now focused on scaling the solution to a larger segment of Sinch users, including other white labels.
In parallel, I am preparing commercial models while managing the team and the day-to-day work required to deliver features successfully. Customer research remains central: interviews, usability testing, and iterative product experiments that feed the roadmap.
Responsibilities
Product Manager for Sinch — full ownership of the mobile product solution, from discovery and prioritization through delivery and ongoing iteration.
Official store creatives — MessageMedia / Engage branding as published on App Store & Google Play.
