Mobile veterinary platform — I led delivery as interim project manager for the owner of Surginex, United States, 2019, commissioning a new iOS app for veterinary workflows.
Over about nine months, I coordinated delivery from zero through TestFlight publication and client handover: requirements, engineering, quality assurance, release, and final stakeholder sign-off.
